"Our new International Executive MBA Program not only raises the executives' awareness for European economic and cultural peculiarities but also offers an insight into the Brazilian, Chinese and Indian markets. This makes the program so attractive for Western European companies with business relations to these countries. Participants not only benefit from the international faculty but also from their fellow students from different countries and business sectors", emphasizes HHL Dean Prof. Andreas Pinkwart. "With the International Executive MBA Program we have created the first part-time management program by two reputable educational institutions with a German-Spanish perspective. Participants not only gain European business contacts but also access to the South American and Asian markets via our extensive networks", adds EADA's General Director Miquel Espinosa Sáenz.
Dr. Mark-Ken Erdmann, CIO Corporate Center, Bertelsmann AG, says: "The challenges executives of international companies are facing continue to rise. In addition to a profound set of management skills, intercultural and regional know-how are becoming more and more important. The International Executive MBA Program of HHL and EADA teaches exactly these core competencies in a practice-oriented manner and at the same time offers a truly remarkable international flair."
In addition to the development of managerial core competencies, training of key qualifications, such as communication management, negotiation techniques, conflict, diversity as well as intercultural management are an integral part of the curriculum of the International Executive MBA Program.
HHL and EADA have a long tradition in the academic education of executives and are well-renowned in their countries for being particularly strong in the research of innovation management, strategic management as well as strengthening and development of leadership skills. The two institutions HHL and EADA between them hold three international accreditations: AACSB, AMBA and EQUIS.
