Euro*MBA again certified by AMBA

[HHL gGmbH - 01.11.2012] The Euro*MBA, an innovative two-year MBA program for executives, which is based on blended learning was awarded again the international quality seal of the organization AMBA (Association of MBAs). Alongside AACSB and EQUIS, AMBA is one of the best known accreditations for MBA programs. The Euro*MBA program connects the latest technology in the distance learning sector with compact presence seminars at six European locations. Successful graduates after completing the program will receive a diploma with the signatures of all partners of the Euro*MBA consortium. The Euro*MBA is listed as one of the leading programs internationally in the distance learning sector in the renowned MBA rating of the Economist.

Currently, 58 students from 20 countries are studying in the program. Program Director Stuart Dixon says: "The notable re-accreditation by AMBA is an important milestone in the development of the Euro*MBA. It is also proof of the consistent quality which we offer amongst the growing competition of international MBA programs. AMBA accreditation of the Euro*MBA program was mainly because of its innovative structure in the so-called blended learning sector, i.e. electronically supported learning, in combination with compact presence seminars, but also for its unique cooperation of six renowned partner schools."

The program is designed by the Euro*MBA consortium, which was founded in 1996. It consists of the following partner institutions, which are named with their respective accreditations:

• EADA Barcelona Escuela de Alta Dirección y Administración (EQUIS / efmd, AMBA),
• HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management (AACSB),
• IAE Aix Graduate School of Management (EQUIS / efmd, AMBA),
• Kozminski University (EQUIS / efmd, AACSB, AMBA),
• Maastricht University School of Business and Economics (AACSB, EQUIS / efmd, AMBA).

Application deadline for the Euro*MBA is November 1 (for studies starting in January) as well as June 1 (for studies starting in September).
